JASCAYD: official guidance does not repair the RX rendering

The RX card is PK-only. The August 2026 official label separately supplies renal prescribing guidance and an ESRD restriction.

Before applying: Use the official section for prescribing scope while keeping the incomplete RX source flagged; neither is an independent validation of the same label.

Renal measure
eGFR, mL/min/1.73 m2; retain body-surface-area indexing. CKD-EPI is named.

Renal dosing, restrictions and evidence limits

Section 8.6 recommends the same dosage as normal renal function for mild (eGFR >=60 to <90), moderate (>=30 to <60) and severe (>=15 to <30) impairment, in mL/min/1.73 m2 with CKD-EPI specified. ESRD below 15 has not been investigated and use is not recommended. This selected renal guidance does not replace the product dosage, tolerability, interaction or indication instructions. It is separate official-label content, not an additional independent clinical study.

Renal dosing, restrictions and evidence limits

The retrieved pharmacokinetic section reports no clinically significant exposure difference with mild, moderate or severe renal impairment, down to eGFR 15 to <30 mL/min/1.73 m2 using CKD-EPI categories. ESRD was not studied. The referenced renal prescribing subsection was not present in this returned RX rendering. This card stores selected pharmacokinetic evidence only; the separate official card supplies prescribing guidance and is not a repair of the RX page.
