GlobalRPh RX List - ONFI
- Product / population
- ONFI oral clobazam; severe renal impairment and dialysis are not covered by the mild/moderate finding.
- Renal measure
- Mild/moderate renal study; severe/ESRD evidence gap
RX mirror: this is not independent corroboration of its underlying label. Check dated-label and formulation limitations.
No adjustment applies only to the studied mild/moderate population.
Selected named sections only; not a complete monograph or independent clinical approval.
A label mirror is not independent corroboration of its underlying label. Fresh official confirmation is pending unless a separate official card is shown.
Renal dosing, restrictions and evidence limits
The mirror requires no dose adjustment for mild or moderate renal impairment on the basis of similar exposure in the studied groups. It reports essentially no experience in severe impairment or ESRD, and it is unknown whether clobazam or its active N-desmethyl metabolite is dialyzable.
Do not extend the studied-range statement to ESRD or invent a dialysis supplement. Hepatic impairment, CYP2C19 effects and sedating co-medications require their own review; a renal-only statement does not establish overall suitability.
