A hosted label mirror is not independent corroboration of its underlying label. Official confirmation remains pending unless a separate official card is shown.
Renal dosing, restrictions and evidence limits
Renal safety and pharmacokinetics have not been evaluated. Because carisoprodol is renally excreted, the source advises caution in renal impairment. It reports removal by hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, but supplies no replacement-dose schedule in the selected renal section.
Do not translate dialyzability into a routine post-dialysis dose, or lack of a numeric reduction into a no-adjustment recommendation. Sedation and concomitant central nervous system depressants require separate assessment.
