Renal dosing, restrictions and evidence limits
The source states that mild to moderate renal impairment does not require a dose reduction. Avoid YOSPRALA at GFR below 10 mL/min because of the aspirin component. The combination itself was not pharmacokinetically studied in renal impairment. Omeprazole-only renal guidance must not be used to remove the aspirin-related restriction. Dialysis mentioned for salicylate overdose is not a routine maintenance-dosing recommendation.
