Official source

Anidulafungin (Eraxis, adults) - selected U.S. labeling

Product / population
Adult Candida infection treatment with intravenous anidulafungin. Pediatric doses are excluded.
Renal measure
Qualitative renal guidance, including dialysis; no CrCl adjustment table.
Labeled basic dosing

For candidemia/intra-abdominal abscess/peritonitis, give 200 mg IV on day 1, then 100 mg daily. The selected label describes at least 14 days after the last positive culture. Esophageal candidiasis instead uses 100 mg once then 50 mg daily, for at least 14 days and at least 7 days after symptom resolution.

Renal information and dialysis

No dose change is required at any renal-impairment level, including hemodialysis. The drug is not dialyzable; dose timing need not follow HD.

Selected warnings and limits

Use the indication-specific regimen. Monitor hepatic abnormalities and infusion/hypersensitivity reactions; follow product-specific preparation and infusion instructions.
