Clinical context remains essential
Independent clinical review is pending. Confirm indication, exact formulation/route, population, renal measure and units, kidney-function stability, dialysis prescription, interacting drugs, monitoring and source revision. An RX mirror and its original label are not independent corroboration. Missing disagreement notes do not certify agreement.

Exact CrCl 30: the contraindication must not be hidden
The original GlobalRPh section prints a below-30 contraindication. The RX mirror explicitly includes 30 in its contraindication while also printing 30-50 in the reduced-dose band.
What to reconcile: Do not use the overlapping band as permission at exactly 30. Keep the explicit contraindication visible and obtain current product-specific adjudication.

Restriction or avoidance guidance. Read the specific threshold, age, formulation and dialysis exclusions; do not generalize across products.

Renal dosing, restrictions and evidence limits
The mirror recommends 333 mg orally three times daily for its printed moderate-renal band, CrCl 30-50 mL/min. It also explicitly contraindicates use at CrCl 30 mL/min or less. The exact value of 30 therefore overlaps the printed dosage band and contraindication.
The retained original GlobalRPh renal section prints a less-than-30 contraindication. This discrepancy is not silently overwritten. At exactly 30, do not use the moderate-band sentence as prescribing permission; review the explicit contraindication and obtain product-specific clinical adjudication.
